About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Caregiver/Instructional Aide to support adults with brain injuries during their rehabilitation process at our Tustin center. This part-time position plays a critical role in helping clients regain skills, independence, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist brain-injured adults during therapeutic, cognitive, and functional rehabilitation activities.
  • Provide direct support to therapists and instructors, including preparation and assistance during sessions.
  • Serve as an attendant to ensure client safety and engagement throughout the day.
  • Assist with transfers, mobility support, and bathroom assistance.
  • Support clients during community outings, store trips, and other supervised activities.
  • Help maintain therapy areas, equipment, and program materials.
  • Complete documentation and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Respectful, compassionate, and patient with all clients.
  • Strong personal ethics and professionalism.
  • Physical endurance and ability to assist with transfers and personal care.
  • Must be able to work confidently with brain-injured adults in a structured rehab setting.
  • Experience as an attendant, instructional aide, or in a rehabilitation or caregiving role is preferred.
  • Experience assisting therapists or instructors in rehab programs is highly desirable.
  • Weight-training or physical conditioning background is a plus.
Compensation:
  • $22–$30 per hour, depending on experience and willingness to support others in their recovery journey.
