We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Caregiver/Instructional Aide to support adults with brain injuries during their rehabilitation process at our Tustin center. This part-time position plays a critical role in helping clients regain skills, independence, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist brain-injured adults during therapeutic, cognitive, and functional rehabilitation activities.
Provide direct support to therapists and instructors, including preparation and assistance during sessions.
Serve as an attendant to ensure client safety and engagement throughout the day.
Assist with transfers, mobility support, and bathroom assistance.
Support clients during community outings, store trips, and other supervised activities.
Help maintain therapy areas, equipment, and program materials.
Complete documentation and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements:

Respectful, compassionate, and patient with all clients.
Strong personal ethics and professionalism.
Physical endurance and ability to assist with transfers and personal care.
Must be able to work confidently with brain-injured adults in a structured rehab setting.
Experience as an attendant, instructional aide, or in a rehabilitation or caregiving role is preferred.
Experience assisting therapists or instructors in rehab programs is highly desirable.
Weight-training or physical conditioning background is a plus.

Compensation:

$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience and willingness to support others in their recovery journey.
